We only offer the highest standard of property – all must meet the latest gas,and electrical safety guidelines - but we think it is just as important to know that all properties must be somewhere we`d be happy to live.

Our aim is to ensure your search and stay is as hassle free and enjoyable as possible. We have a range of properties to offer, from flats and shared rooms to family homes and luxury penthouses. We can also offer comprehensive insurance for your belongings whilst living at the property.

We have a straightforward application system;

• First, you must view the property
• Then you need to complete the application form given to you at the viewing
• Return the application form along with a move in date, the administration fee and deposit to our Leamington Spa office. Louve Estates register this in a government deposit scheme known as the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) www.depositprotection.com, when managing the property. This is in accordance with new legislation as of April 2007 ensuring peace of mind for both tenants and landlords alike
• Louve Estates will then begin processing your application.
• Once your application has been processed and passed, we will send off to your employer and your current landlord for references.
• Providing your references are satisfactory we will then invite you to come into our Manchester office with the following documents
  
  Passport/Driving license
  National Id Card
  3 recent Bank Statements
  3 recent wage slips
  Utility/Council tax bill
  
  A copy of the above documents will be taken at the office and kept on record.

• Once we have taken copies off the above documents we will ask for the first months rent and then sign the tenancy agreement.
• After the tenancy agreement has been signed and all monies paid Louve Estates will then hand you over your keys and you can move in!
