Let only / Let and Rent collection / Fully Managed
Our first service for the more experienced property investor is a simple tenant finding service. If you wish to manage the property yourself we charge a 50% fee of the first month’s rental as a finder’s fee only.With either letting service we will market the property for you, evaluate/qualify the tenant, prepare tenancy admin details and ensure the tenancy commences smoothly. The added bonus of the let and rent collection/managed service means we take care of deposits in accordance with recently updated legal requirements. A crucial aspect of this service is ensuring the property is left in the same condition as it is received. This ensures your possessions are fully protected at all times.

Prepare and serve Section 21 Notice toward end of tenancy
Free independent Inventory carried out
Full ManagementThis service includes points above and the following:
Notify utility companies of change of user
Prepare full inventory of contents and condition of the property
Carry out interim visits and report to Landlord if necessary
Deal with maintenance problems through out the Tenancy
Take meter readings and inform all utility companies
Refund deposit on expiry of Tenancy less any deductions for dilapidations
