Our competitive Sole Agency Agreement commission rate is 1.75%. A multiple Agency Agreement includes a rate of 2%.

• Property particulars are designed specific to each property, including a selection of internal and external images and room dimensions are sent to vendors to approve.
• For Sale boards are erected.

Due to recent legislation, all residential properties in England and Wales are required by law to have a Home Information Pack (HIP) when on the sales market. This is requested prior to marketing. A HIP is provided by the vendor/agent, for prospective purchasers, providing upfront information about the property.
